Ready to begin a new life?
The application portal is open from August 15 to November 15.
Starting with our local club award, finalists have the potential to receive additional region-level and international awards, all to help offset tuition costs, purchase books, cover transportation, or find reliable childcare so you can worry less about how to pay your bills and focus on achieving your dreams.
You are eligible to apply if you are a woman who:
  • has primary financial responsibility for yourself and your dependents
  • is enrolled in an undergraduate degree or vocational skills training program
  • has financial need
  • is motivated to achieve your education and career goals

Live Your Dream education & training awards for women
LIVE YOUR DREAM
Our signature award provides access to education and training for women who are the primary financial support for their families. Many recipients are survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, or sexual assault, and have overcome enormous obstacles including poverty, teen pregnancy, and addiction.
Founder Region Fellowship
FOUNDER REGION FELLOWSHIP
This award supports women in the final phase of their doctoral degree, especially in fields traditionally held by men or that have great social importance to the world.
Ruby Award for women helping women
RUBY AWARD
This award honors (non-Soroptimist) women who are making extraordinary differences in the lives of women and girls. Their professional or personal work has had a significant impact, and also inspires and encourages other women.
S Club
Dream It Be It career support for girls
DREAM IT, BE IT
This program equips high school girls with the tools they need to achieve their education and career goals, empowers them to break the cycles of poverty, violence, and abuse, and prepares them for a brighter future.
S Club
“S” CLUB
This project offers mentorship for high school girls with the goal of instilling within them a desire for volunteerism, and provides opportunities for growth and leadership.

VIOLET RICHARDSON AWARD
This award recognizes young women between the ages of 14 and 18 for volunteer action. Recipients have demonstrated initiative in both identifying a problem and producing noteworthy results in attempting to solve it.
